Our loan office was Brian Graham; he was wonderful to work with, very professional and stayed in constant contact even through a devastating hurricane that hit Houston. Living here in Montana was not a problem and our closing was quick and easy and most important on time. To Whom It May Concern: When my wife and I were first exploring the option of refinancing RMC Vanguard was far and above better with communication and rates than the other leading mortgage companies. John Mitchamore's honesty and sincerety won us over immediately. We had been a customer of a major mortgage company for six years and they were only willing to work with us after John had made us a great offer.
